• Preparation of all paperwork; labels, weight tickets and show related information
• Arranging shipping to and from show/event
• Tracking of shipment to and from show with notification to client when booth arrives at advanced warehouse/show site and when it arrives back in storage, as well as auditing of final bills/costs
• This includes being available evenings/weekends, checking on booth transportation and location of freight for our clients when required
• We handle any lost/damage claims and all associated insurance paperwork.
