They must determine the last person that used the display; locate the individual, and find where the display and display accessories are placed. Once the display is located, the next problem becomes, it is often not in show-ready condition.
When storing with P2P, every item is located on your online inventory page. This allows you to know if the display is in use by another employee of the company, or if it is available for the next tradeshow or event. The website will also show dates the exhibit items have been requested for future shows, so there is no confusion as to when the display is available. When your display comes back from a show it is cleaned and then placed back in storage, so it is always in show-ready condition.

When a show is over we go through the display and its accessories and automatically fix or replace anything up to $100. If the repair is over $100 we contact the account executive and make them aware of the situation and review the items that need fixed or replaced. At that time, the account executive will make the decision if they would like those items fixed or replaced.
Our assessment of your display includes wiping down graphics, repairing Velcro and magnets, cleaning any fabric panels and/or carpet, ensuring light bulbs are working and that all cords, power strips and any other miscellaneous materials you need are with your exhibit. Checking all of these items ensures your display and exhibit items are in excellent condition and show-ready.
