Visual Online Inventory – The visual online inventory is for all your exhibit needs, including marketing and promotional materials. Our inventory page allows you to see how many of any item, display, graphic, and/or accessory you have at our warehouse. You select what you need for your show, give us the show information and Point2Point handles the rest of the show details.
We also provide tracking information so you can track your shipment and stay in the loop without getting too deep into the process. Our frequent shipments have allowed us to receive special discounts from freight and common carriers that many companies do not receive.
Online Administrative Reports – Point2Point offers a Reports section that permits our clients to run a variety of inventory and/or usage reports by user. These reports will export to Microsoft Excel and allow the client to see which items are in inventory, and which items are out at shows. The usage reports allow you to sort and view inventory, usage and what employees are using the most. This is a good management tool to get the most out of your exhibit inventory.
Show Scheduling Process – Once the items for your show have been selected the next screen will capture all the shipping and show information. This includes who requested the items, show contact, dates the event material must arrive, show dates, delivery address, pick up address, pick up and delivery times, and a box for a special requests. After all this information is entered, you can preview everything before submitting your request. There are edit buttons to allow for any changes that are needed.
